Returns & Exchanges
You can easily return or exchange a product you are not satisfied with.
Return Conditions
Except for personalized products and earrings, you can return unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. You can start your return request by writing to bilgi@frigg.design or reaching us at +90 542 107 25 08.
Exchange Conditions
You can exchange undamaged products within 7 days of delivery. Simply contact us with your order number to start an exchange request.
Excluded from Return/Exchange
- Personalized products (engraved with a name/letter, or custom-sized)
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Used, damaged products or products with broken original packaging
How Does the Return Process Work?
- Reach us with your order number at bilgi@frigg.design or via WhatsApp/phone.
- We'll send you the return address and process.
- Send the product undamaged, in its original packaging.
- Once the product reaches us and is inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
Orders of 1.450,00 TL and above ship free. For detailed legal terms, see our Distance Sales Agreement.
