A brand born from a mother's hands.

Frigg Design is a handmade jewelry brand founded in Istanbul in 2020 by designer Safiye Bayram Tunçelli. Pieces are made from 925 sterling silver and 18K gold-plated silver; the 925 stamp is on the Frigg Design tag and the clasps. Every piece comes with a 24-month warranty and a designer-signed Certificate of Authenticity.

Frigg Design is a brand of original designs born from a passion for design and handcraft.

In 2020, as a designer and a mother, I founded Frigg Design out of a desire to bring my own dreams to life.

For me, design isn't just about creating something beautiful; it's about turning an idea, a story, and sometimes a feeling, into a piece.

At Frigg Design, I prepare every design with great care, giving importance to a timeless character that is uniquely its own.

In our jewelry collections, we use 925 sterling silver, 18K gold plating and natural stones — preparing our designs to be as simple, elegant, and long-lasting as possible.

The brand's name comes from Frigg in Norse mythology. Associated with motherhood, family and grace, Frigg also became the inspiration behind the brand's story.

Frigg Design, for me, is less a brand than the story of my own making.

Beyond Design

When I design for children, I think about safety too.

When designing Bibi The Cat, what matters to me is not only creating products that look beautiful and feed children's imagination. I also think about how a product will be used in children's hands, and how it will fit their age and everyday lives.

That is why I keep developing myself in children's product safety. I have completed all five training modules of the KID Design Safety Toolkit program: Design Safety Toolkit Part 1, At Home, Sleep, Out and About, and Play.

These trainings have helped me think better about how children may use products, and to keep safety in mind while preparing my designs.

I bring what I learn into my production process while designing Bibi, paying attention to small details to prepare products that are both beautiful and more thoughtfully made.
