Distance Sales Agreement

This page is a courtesy English summary of our Distance Sales Agreement, which is governed by Turkish law (Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation). In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

This agreement is arranged in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation. By confirming an order, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement.

Buyer: The individual or entity whose information is collected during the order (hereinafter "Buyer").

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties, in accordance with Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) that the Buyer has ordered electronically through the Seller's website frigg.design, the qualities, sale price and payment method of which are stated on the site and in the order confirmation.

3. Product/Payment/Delivery Information

The type, quantity, brand/model, color, unit count, sale price (VAT included), payment method and the recipient/delivery address are the details stated on the order form/order confirmation email; this information forms an integral part of this agreement.

4. General Provisions

• The Buyer confirms that, before placing the order, they have read and understood the essential characteristics of the product, the sale price, the payment method, and the preliminary information regarding delivery, and has given the necessary electronic confirmation.
• The product is delivered to the Buyer or the person/entity at the address indicated, within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on stock availability.
• Should it become impossible to supply the ordered product, the Seller will notify the Buyer and either refund the amount paid or offer an equivalent product.
• Delivery is made via our contracted shipping company after payment confirmation; orders of 1.450,00 TL and above ship free.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery of the product to the Buyer or the person/entity at the address indicated, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused and in resalable condition.

A Buyer wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal may notify us within the 14-day period by emailing bilgi@frigg.design or calling +90 542 107 25 08.

6. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for personalized products prepared according to the Buyer's requests or personal needs (name engraving, custom sizing/length, etc.) and for earrings, which are not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons. This exception is also stated on the relevant product and order pages.

7. Default and Its Legal Consequences

Should the Buyer default on a credit card transaction, the Buyer accepts that they will be liable to their card-issuing bank and will pay interest in accordance with their credit card agreement with that bank.

8. Dispute Resolution

For disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the Buyer's or Seller's place of residence are authorized up to the value announced annually by the Ministry of Trade; for disputes above this value, the Consumer Courts are authorized.
